Food is our passion at Morels restaurant in Tralee in the heart of Kerry. With ingredients that are the freshest available, seasonally selected, cooked to perfection and artistically presented by our talented chefs, you're sure to experience some of this passion.
We also have an extensive wine list and a fine collection of liquors to compliment your meal. This is one of those places where nothing can keep you from enjoying your meal and having a great time!
Breakfast is served from 7am until 10am and we serve dinner from 6.30pm until 9pm, pre-booking is advisable. For the winter period we are offering a delicious 4-course Table d’hôte Menu including Starter, Main Course, Dessert & Tea/Coffee and a bottle of wine for only €65 per couple very evening from 6.30pm.
To ensure your enjoyment, our lively duo of Executive Head Chef, John O'Sullivan, and Food & Beverage Manager, Mark Bowe, leave nothing to chance in preparing for your arrival. Both have an illustrious history in the Irish hospitality industry and have gained excellent experience in top restaurants. Backed up by their respective teams, they offer the highest standards of service available today.
