We just returned from a 3 night stay in your beautiful hotel.We had a wonderful few days , the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing . We will definitely be returning in the future. Very impressed :-)

We recently had a two night stay.The over all experience was excellent. The service from the reception staff,house keeping bar/restaurant was friendly and efficient. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a great 2 night break with my 3 kids and cousins. Rooms and meals were lovely. Complimentry passes to the Aquadome was fantastic and also to crag caves. Unfortunately my little toddler had an ... accident in the room and hurt his head and the staff were very helpful with first aid and even phoned me today to see how he was doing. Overall i would definatley return to this hotel. ---

I recently stayed for weekend at your hotel, we began with a spa treatment where we were met by very friendly staff. I had Kiva for my treatment this was my first time and I had a wonderful relaxing ... time. Our dinner was also in the hotel, the service given to us by Mark and Tina was the best I have had yet. We will soon be returning! Anyone looking for a relaxing friendly hotel this is the place for you. ---

Had a lovely stay at the Carlton at the weekend. Lovely rooms. Very clean, modern hotel. Food absolutely amazing although the wine was a little expensive. Will be certain to vist again. very enjoyable stay.

The positives first, easy to locate, excellent parking, pleasant reception staff, bedrooms of a good size with comfortable beds, good food with attentive waiting staff and an excellent restaurant ... manager, coeliac diet was accommodated at all times, bar was enjoyable with staff happy to interact or leave you in peace whichever you preferred. Complimentary daily papers (Irish Independent or Irish Times) which could be read in the spacious foyer area with plentiful comfortable seating. All of these positives made the weekend highly enjoyable. The negatives were minor but at 4 star level should not occur, the towel rail in the bathroom was loose, the bathroom towels were a little on the skimpy side for 4 star, the dinner menu was very limited and did not change from night to night ---

I arrived with my three children to very friendly reception staff,and from there on it just better,we had the best time in this hotel,5 star all around in our books,but with 3 young children,didnt experience the bar,hope to do it again soon.

I booked my parents in for their 40th anniversary and we had a family meal. Operations Manager Kieran was amazing with helping me organise the night and the dinner. Our waitress Kate was fun and ... helpful. My mother was not very well on the second day of their stay and had to go home. I notified reception and they were sympathic and very kindly refunded the cost of the second nights stay. I was very pleasantly surprised by this. I would highly recommend this hotel for any and all occasions. Thank you to all the staff that made my parent's anniversary night so special. ---
